Refund policy

Felipe & Grace accepts returns in original condition postmarked up to 14 days from the date of delivery confirmation.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sink returns have a 10% restocking fee.

Epoxy Coating and Stone Sealant specified at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
